The entire concept change for its newly handed over building by Binghatti needed a make over for its entrance lobby as it was bought out by one of our key client and wanted to reflect their company colors and theme to their asset and we were thrilled to execute the entire project as a turnkey solution to client with in house joinery production and execution and handing over of site before contractual deadline date. The challenge was to execute the project in 3 phases as the building was over 95% occupied and traffic control was a biggest concern and was well coordinated with all the teams involved and made it a huge success.
